Troubleshoot your receiver |
- How old is the battery? When was the last time you changed the battery? Our batteries only last three months. If your battery is older than three months, please purchase a battery plan from our shopping cart.
- Check the fit of the collar. There should be a 1-FINGER clearance between the receiver and the neck.
- If your battery is new, you have a correct fit, and there is no wire break, your receiver may need to be replaced. Call us at 1-800-896-7387 and we can tell you what kind of warranty your collar has and if you need to have it replaced.
- If you have multiple receivers that are not working, See the transmitter section to troubleshoot.
*Note: The receiver is the only part of the collar that can be under warranty. The nylon collar is not under warranty. To order a new nylon collar, visit our Shopping page.
