I have multiple receivers not working

What to do if MULTIPLE RECEIVERS are not functioning:

Your transmitter could be set on the wrong frequency. On most models there is a little black switch that says "10k" and "7k" on either side of the switch. Flip that switch to the opposing side and now check your collars. If they are still not working, call the office to set up a service call.
