My Battery is new but my receiver is not working
If you think your battery is new, but your Invisible Fence receiver is not functioning:

  • Remove the battery and observe the two prongs. They should be almost straight to have a proper connection with the receiver.
  • Blow the dust/dirt out of the cavity
  • Purchasing a battery tester is a good idea so you can always know how much power your battery has. Battery testers are available from our shopping cart .
